If you are interested in playing sports at Colton High School in the 2026-2027 school year, please follow the steps below to get cleared. You can also watch the video below if you are in need of help navigating the AthleticClearance.com website.


1. Visit Click Here and log in to your account or create a new one if necessary
2. Create a new clearance for your desired sport for the 2026-2027 school year
3. Provide all required information and answer all required questions
4. Click on ‘Uploads’ and download a physical form and print it up
5. Schedule a physical exam with your physician or contact Apple Urgent Care for a $20 walk-in physical (you MUST show your CHS ID for this price ***Price is subject to change***), or the SPORT clinic about their walk in physical times
6. Upload a photo of your completed physical form
7. Upload a photo of your insurance card
8. Wait for an email saying you are cleared! If you don’t get one within a couple days and you believe you have done everything right, email michael_reh@cjusd.net and I can look into it for you.
